1896 On 1 January, acquired the business of the Acklam Iron Co. [3]
1903 Became part of Dorman, Long and Co.
1919?-16 Five locomotives (all 0-4-0ST) built. [4]
1923 Dorman Long's subsidiary companies were liquidated and the assets transferred to the parent[5]
