A 12 mile line running from Scunthorpe toward the Humber. The first branch opened in 1906 and the last in 1910. [1]

1900 The company was incorporated.

1908 The railway is now open from Frodingham to Winteringham Haven, a distance of about 8.5 miles, and is being worked by the Great Central Railway. [2]

1923 Became part of London and North Eastern Railway. [3]
