1919 Norwell's Perth Footwear Limited was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £25,000, to take over the boot and shoe business carried on in Perth by David Norwell and Son.[1]

1977 The company name changed to Him Fashion Shops Limited.[2]

2010 The company was dissolved.[3]
