1880 Partnership change. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned Oliver Brook Lister, Edward Lister, and Henry Lister, carrying on business as Woolcombers, Worsted Spinners, and Wool and Noil Merchants, at Shetcliffe Mill, in Tung, in the parish of Birstal, in the county of York, and at Clarence-street, in Bradford, in the said county and elsewhere, under the firm of O. B. Lister and Brothers, or any other name or firm has been dissolved by mutual, consent. All debts due to or owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Oliver Brook Lister and Edward Lister by whom the business of the late firm will in future be carried on under the name of O. B. Lister and Brother...'[1]
