1857 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Oates Ingham, of Halifax, in the county of York, John Ingham, of Bradford, in the said county, Edward Ingham, of Bradford aforesaid, and Benjamin Ingham, of Halifax aforesaid, in the trades or businesses of Dyers and Finishers, carried on at Old-lane Dye Works, in Northowram, in the parish of Halifax aforesaid, and at the Valley Dye Works, in Bradford aforesaid, or elsewhere, under the name or style of Oates Ingham and Sons, has been dissolved by mutual consent, and in future the said trades or businesses will be carried on by the said John Ingham on his separate account, under the same style of Oates Ingham and Sons,...'[1]
