1935 Odeon Cinemas of which Oscar Deutsch, of Birmingham, is managing director.[1]

1936 William G. Elcock is a director.[2]

1936 Odeon Cinemas, Ltd., have this week formed a new subsidiary company Decorative Crafts, Ltd. The company is to carry out the decoration of a number of Odeon theatres now in course of construction.[3]

1936 London's historic Alhambra Theatre has been bought by Odeon Cinemas Ltd., who will erect a 2,000-seater luxury cinema on the site.[4]

1937 July. Share issue. The company owns 86 Cinema Theatres. Directors - Oscar Deutsch; Peter Rudyard Aitken; George Archibald; Frederick Sidney bates; Sydney Alfred Bennett; William George Alcock.[5]
