1846 Established by William Odhams

1889 Succeeded by John Lynch Odhams and William J. B. Odhams.

1894 Branch business started as Odhams Brothers, Ltd., in 1894.

1898 Incorporated as a Limited Company, an amalgamation of the two businesses.

1912 Acquired the business of Southwood, Smith and Co., Ltd.

1914 Speciality: Newspaper Printing and Managing.

c.1982 Robert Maxwell acquired Odhams, another large gravure printing house in Watford

1983 Odhams was merged with Sun Printers (part of British Printing Corporation) at the Whippendell Road site to create Odhams-Sun Printers Ltd.
