1893 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, William Isaac, of Temple-gardens, Lammas-street, Carmarthen, Ironfounder, and James Davies, of 109, Lammas-street aforesaid, Ironmonger, carrying on business in partnership as General Mechanical Engineers, Ironfounders, Fitters, Millwrights, Agricultural Machinists, and Agricultural Implement Dealers, at the Old Foundry, Carmarthen, and elsewhere, in the town of Carmarthen, under the style or firm of the Old Foundry Company, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 25th day of August, 1892. The said businesses will henceforth be carried on by the said William Isaac alone, trading under the style of the Old Foundry Company...'[1]
