Old Lodge Tinplate Co

of Llanelly, Wales, Old Lodge Sheet-iron and Black-plate Works

1852 Ironworks established. The Old Lodge Ironworks were built by Messrs William Nevill and J. Thomas

1880 Tinplates were only made once Morris started their manufacture at the works in 1880.

1939 After the formation of the Llanelly Associated Tinplate Companies, this was one of only 2 independent tin plate makers in Wales.
