1922 A.C.G.I., Assoc.M. Inst.C.E., Civil Engineer, c/o Thos. Cook and Son, Rangoon, Burma. b. 1883; s. of Maurice Beveridge Teulon, architect. Ed. City and Guilds of London Engineering College. Appointed by H.M.'s Secretary of State for India an Assistant Engineer in the Public Works Department, India, on October 1, 1905. Promoted to the rank of Executive Engineer on October 1, 1913.
