Olympia is an exhibition centre, event space and conference centre in West Kensington, London.
The hall at Olympia was used to house a circus before being turned into an exhibition space, larger than anything available in London[1]
1886 The New Agricultural Hall Co Ltd was incorporated offering various facilities at Kensington under the name Olympia[2]
1886 December 26th. Opened. The architect was Henry Edward Coe
1929 Olympia Ltd was incorporated to acquire and operate the facility
1973 Acquired by Sterling Guarantee Trust and later by the related company Town and City Properties
1983 Became part of Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Co
1988 Olympia Ltd was renamed Earls Court and Olympia Ltd
