1964 James Hanson and Gordon White sold Oswald Tillotson to the Wiles Group, manufacturers of agricultural fertilizers and sacks, which subsequently became Hanson Trust

1970 Tillotson Commercial Motors became part of Lex Services as Lex Tillotson
