Conference, Simla, 1913; joined P.W.D., October 1889; Ex-Engr., Bhamo, 1896, Thayetmyo 1897, Toungoo 1901, Mandalay Div. 1903, Meiktila 1905, Rangoon Construction 1910, Supt.
