1912 The Oxy-Acetylene Welding Company Limited, 169 Finnieston Street, Glasgow, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £500, to carry on the business of sheet-iron workers, tinsmiths, welders by oxy-acetylene and other antogeneous processes, and mechanical engineers.[1]

1971 The company was dissolved and struck off.[2]
