1993 Cray Electronics acquired P-E International[5]
1996 Cray Electronics sold P-E International to Lorien [6]
2004 HTSPE Ltd was formed from the merger of P-E International and HTS Development to work in the public and private sectors worldwide, providing development management and modernisation of public services; governance; society and the environment; profitability and value added improvement services in all sectors.
