1905 The business was established and known as Paddon and Sopwith - Phil Paddon and Tommy Sopwith.

1907 Paddon Brothers Limited was incorporated as a limited company on 23 March.[1]

1907 Phil Paddon brought his brothers in to the business - Cecil Paddon and Stanley Paddon. Their father was a diamond merchant who lost his fortune in South Africa.

1914 Phil Paddon of Paddon Brothers.[2]

1923 Captain 'Algy' Pearson is a director. Selling Rolls-Royce[3]

1925 The brothers had left the business and Algy Pearson, Percy Barry and Hugh Keller were Phil Paddon's partners.

2007 The company was struck off and dissolved.
