1919 Company formed as limited.[1]

1928 Paisley Motor Company Limited, of 33 New Sneddon Street, Paisley, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £5,000, to carry on the business of manufacturers and dealers in motor cars.[2]

1953 Directors: Iain McWilliam (Managing). J. Kerr Gillespie (Managing). General Manager: A. T. K. Murray.

1973 The company was dissolved.[3]
