1933 'NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Sydney Greenwood and Charles Newton Taylor, carrying on business as Asbestos and Rubber Merchants, under The style or firm of THE PALATINE PACKING COMPANY, at 31, Henry Street, Rochdale, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 16th day of February, 1933. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Sydney Greenwood, who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm of The Palatine Packing Company.'

1957 The Palatine Packing and Asbestos Company Limited was struck off the register of companies.
