1897 Public company. The company was registered on 12 March, to acquire the business of wholesale and retail ironmongers and metal merchants, of the firm of the same name. [1]

1922 Opened offices and showrooms in London at 40, Craven-stret, Strand, WC2.[3]
1937 Pumps and fencing manufacturers. [4]
1961 Contractors for ventilating and lighting systems and fencings. Also manufacture cowls and builders' screens and door and window fittings. [5]
