1848 Partnership change. '...the Partnerships formerly subsisting between William Parkinson, deceased, and the undersigned William James Frodsham, and subsequently between the said William James Frodsham and John Frodsham, deceased, carrying, on business at Change-alley, in the city of London, as Chronometer and Watch Makers, under the respective firms of Parkinson and Frodsham, and Parkinson and Frodshams, have been dissolved; and that the business will in future be carried on at the same place by George Frodsham and William Frodsham, under the firm of Parkinson and Frodsham.— Dated the 10th day of July 1847.
