1801 'DISSOLUTION of PARTNERSHIP. WHEREAS the Partnership subsisting between Samuel Parr, and Thomas Hughes, both of Manchester, in the county of Lancaster, machine-makers, under rhe firm of Parr and Hughes, was dissolved the 22d day of December last by mutual consent. All debts owing to and by the said concern, will be received and paid by the said Thomas Hughes. As witnessed by our hands this 20th day of November, 1801.
