1905 The business was established.

1938 Miners' cap manufacturers.

1942 Paton and Dick Limited, of 65-69 Ladywell Street, Glasgow, was incorporated, with capital of £6,000, to carry on business as general engineers and toolmakers.[1]

1971 The company was struck off and dissolved.[2]
