Paul Andre Shremer Dauthieu (1904-1967), founder of Peter Dominic

Born the son of Albert Desire Dauthieu and his wife Ernestine Shremer

Educated at Perth Academy. A native of Fort William, his French parents ran a hotel there. Paul moved on to a three-year kitchen apprenticeship at the famous Caledonian Hotel in Edinburgh. He later moved to London to open his first wine shop.[1]

1932 Married at London to Blanche Eugenie Robbe and had three children

1967 Died, of 10 Bryanston Square, London. Probate to his widow.
