Pebok Motor Cycle Co
Pebok were motorcycles produced from 1903 to 1906.
This firm built their own engines to fit into typically primitive frames. The first machine had a 3.5hp engine. From 1904 they used mechanical inlet-valves and also listed power of 2.25hp, 2.75hp and 3.5hp.
1903 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, George Petry, Alexander Henderson Outram Lorimer, John Robie Bowick, carrying on business as Motor Cycle Dealers, at 96, Leadenhall-street, and Hartshorn-alley, London, under the style or firm of the PEBOK MOTOR CYCLE COMPANY, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 31st day of July, l903. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said George Petry and Alexander Henderson Outram Lorimer...'[1]
