1835 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between Richard Peek, William Peek, and James Peek, of Liverpool, in the County of Lancaster, Wholesale Tea and Coffee-Dealers, trading under the firm of Peek, Brothers, and Co. was dissolved by mutual consent on and from the 30th day of May last, the said Richard Peek retiring from the said Liverpool business. All debts due to and owing by the said late Copartnership will be received and paid by Messrs. Peek, Brothers, and Co. of Eastcheap, in the City of London, Wholesale Tea, Coffee, and Spice -Dealers...'[1]

1839 Partnership change. '... the Copartnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Richard Peek, William Peek, and James Peek, at No. 31, Love-lane, Eastcheap, and at Saint Mary at Hill, both in the city of London, as Wholesale Tea, Coffee, and Spice-Dealers, under the firm or style of Peek, Brothers, and Co. was this day dissolved by mutual consent, in consequence of the retirement of the said Richard Peek from business. All debts due and owing to or by the said copartnership will be received and paid by the said William Peek and James Peek, who will hereafter carry on the said businesses...'[2]

1861 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting under the firm of Peek, Brothers, and Co., carrying on business at No. 20, Eastcheap, in the city of London, as Wholesale Tea, Coffee, and Spice Dealers, has been dissolved by mutual consent, as from the 30th day of April, I860, so far as regards the undersigned William Peek...'[3]

1866 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, Henry William Peek, Jeremiah Dummett, and James Henry Catling, carrying on business under the firm of Peek, Brothers, and Co., as Wholesale Tea, Coffee, and Spice Dealers, at Eastcheap, in the city of London, is this day dissolved, so far as regards the said James Henry Catling only, who retires from the said firm....'[4]

1879 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Sir Henry William Peek Baronet, M.P., and Jeremiah Dummett, carrying on business as Wholesale Tea, Coffee, and Spice Dealers, at 20, Eastcheap, in the city of London, under the style or firm of Peek Brothers and Co., is this day dissolved by mutual consent....'[5]
