2008 Acquired Shore Recycling
The company's main asset is South West Water, which supplies water and sewerage services in Cornwall, Devon and parts of Dorset and Somerset.
It also owns Viridor, a waste management business.
2015 Employs 4,800 persons (Virador 3,000, South West Water 1,400 of these)[1]
