PERCY CLEMENT BURNETT, born 2lst May, 1887, at Johnstone, Renfrewshire, died at Rockhampton, Queensland, 24th July, 1915.

In 1910 he entered the service of the Queensland Government Railways, where he was engaged in construction work.

He was appointed Resident Engineer in July, 1914, and at the time of his death was engaged on the construction of a section of the Queensland North Coast Railway.

He was elected an Associate Member on the 1st April, 1913.
