1897 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore, subsisting between us the undersigned Alfred Perkins, Joseph Blackmore Marmont, Edward Payson Perkins and Arthur Charles Marmont carrying on business as Pin Manufacturers at Frogmarsh Mills Woodchester in the county of Gloucester under the style or firm of Perkins and Marmont has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the first day of January 1897. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Edward Payson Perkins and Arthur Charles Marmont who will continue to carry on the business under the style of Perkins and Marmont....'[1]
