1900 The company was registered on 28 May, to acquire the British, foreign and colonial patent rights in an invention of H. Perrin for an improved method of making wrought-iron and steel tubes.

1905 The company took over the Mostyn Tube Works at Latchford, Warrington, and became a manufacturing company. [1]

1925 On Jun 29th they moved offices from 15 Catherine-Street, London, WC 2 to Astor House, Aldwych, London, WC2.[2]
