1898 The partnership between William Petersen and Arthur Tate, carrying on business as shipowners and shipbrokers at 17 Sandhill, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Ridley Street, Blyth and at Montreal, Canada under the style of Petersen, Tate and Co, was dissolved by mutual consent.[1]
