1958 Private company - Pena Industries acquired the shares it did not already own.[3]

1958 The business was purchased as a going concern from the receiver; a new Peto-Scott company would be formed with substantial financial backing; the old business would continue to trade.[4]

1961 Manufacturers of radio and television receivers and electronic equipment. 500 employees. [5]

1961 Servicing was provided by a new central service organisation of Philips Electrical.[6]
