1894 June. Royal Agricultural Society's Show. Self-sustaining hoist for potatoes.[1]

1895 AT an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at High-street Hemel Hempstead Herts on the 13th day of September 1895, the following Special Resolution was duly passed: "That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. Herbert S. Riant of Copthall House 48 Copthall-avenue London E.C. be appointed Liquidator of the Company." W. H. CRANSTONE, Chairman[2]
