1965 The Plastic Rotational Mouldings Company Limited was formed as a private company in August 1965. It was a member of the Clyde Shipping Group. The company developed a £500,000 factory on an 8.5 acre site in Irvine, which was said to incorporate the world's largest plastic moulding machine.[1]
