1985 Acquired K. and N. Electronics and Jenboame (and its subsidiary Dicoll Electronics)[2]

1987 Sold Platon K&N to its management, so the group could concentrate on instruments, telecommunications and computers.[3]

1993 Acquired by Wills Group[4]

1995 Platon International of Birmingham was a member of the Wills Group[5]

2002 Platon Instrumentation (previous names Platon Flow Control and G. A. Platon) was in liquidation.[6]
