1907 Built as a 40 h.p. vehicle for Oscar Stephen Thompson and used as a tourer for 10,000 miles. Later fitted with new engine, gears and body and raced at Brooklands.
1908-09. Made 36 appearances at Brooklands and collected 11 first prizes.
1915 September. Converted to an ambulance for the war effort.
