1932 Founded by Elbert E. Potter and Richard M. Brumfield in Princeton, Indiana, USA.
1954 Acquired by American Machine and Foundry Co.
British subsidiary formed with factories at Oxford and Skelmersdale.
1973 Moved part of its relay production from Oxford to Whitstable, Kent.
1977 Closed its Skelmersdale factory.[1]
