1842 Partnership change. '...the Partnership lately subsisting between us the undersigned, William Potts, Thomas Auster, and Norman Henry Smith, of the borough of Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, Factors, heretofore carrying on trade under the firm of Potts, Auster, and Smith, was, on the 8th day of October instant, dissolved so far as relates to the said William Potts; and all debts due to and from the said firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Auster and Norman Henry Smith....'[1]
