'... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Themistocles Ppulides and Paul Sechiari, carrying on business as Cigarette Manufacturers and Tobacco Merchants, at 19, Creech arch-lane, in the city of London, under the style of " POULIDES AND CO.," at 7, Heneage-lane, in the city of London, under the style of " The Anglo Turkish Cigarette Company," and at 51, High-street, Oxford, in the county of Oxford, under the style of " The Anglo Tobacco Company," has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. Mr. Themistocles Poulides will carry on business as heretofore under the style or firm of Poulides and Co., but all debts due to or owing by the late firm will tie received and paid by the said Paul Sechiari...'[2]
