1914 Acquired Sandycroft Battery Co from the Accumulator Makers Association
1921 The members of the Accumulator Makers Association jointly acquired Premier Accumulator Co. A new company, also called Premier, was set up to acquire the assets of the old one.
1928 National Accumulator Co formed which held, amongst other things, the shares in Premier.
1929 Chloride Electrical Storage Co acquired National Accumulator Co[2].
