1955 Pressac Ltd was established to manufacture radio and electrical components. [1]
The company became a major supplier of connectors for the t.v. industry and of flexible circuits for the motor industry.[2]
1966 Pressac Holdings Ltd was incorporated.
1968 Shares listed on the Stock Exchange.
1970 Main subsidiaries included Wagstaff and Appleton and K. B. L. Engineering (Stapleford).[3]
