1901 Company formed with £5,000 capital to adopt agreements with A. Hallett, C. L. Loveridge, the Crawford Gear Co and the Hamilton Motor Patents Syndicate.[1] Middleton Crawford as managing director. Also connected was Charles Alexander Hamilton.

1901 A Crawford car was made in Coventry[2]
