1959 Pritex (Plastics) Limited was formed, to carry on the business of dealers in, and factors, and manufacturers of flexible or rigid synthetic foam.[1]

1984 The company changed its name to Pritex Limited.[2]

2025 By now the company had become a supplier of acoustic and thermal insulation and services to global manufacturers in multiple manufacturing sectors.
