1974 Acquired British Railway Traffic and Electric Co from UDT Group - the company was principally concerned with wagon-hire. Acquired the railway-wagon-making plant of Charles Roberts at Horbury Wagon Works, Wakefield[1]
1987 Name changed to Procor (UK) Ltd, of Horbury Wagon Works, Wakefield
1990 Bombardier Transportation acquired Procor Engineering of Horbury near Wakefield, UK, a manufacturer of bodyshells, and renamed it Bombardier Prorail
