1900 dissolution of the Partnership between John Edmund Grounds, James Procter, and Alfred Johnson, carrying on business as Drysalters and Merchants, at 32 Kilvert's-buildings, Withy-grove, Manchester, under the style or firm of "Grounds, Procter, and Co.". All debts doe to and owing will be received and paid by the said James Procter and Alfred Johnson, who will in the future carry on business together as Procter, Johnson, and Co[1]
