1898 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned Barnard Simpson Proctor and Thomas Maltby Clague, carrying on business as Chemists and Druggists, at Newcastle-upon-Tyne, under the style or firm of Proctor Son and Clague, has been dissolved as from the 31st December 1897. All debts due to, or owing by, the said late firm, will be received and paid by the said Thomas Maltby Clague who will continue the said business under the same style...'[1]
