15 May 1903 Provincial Carrier registered at Companies House. The directors are Robert Roy Meldrum and Leonard Knight Clark.[1] The company’s business is the carriage of parcels.

April 1904 Edward Lehwess becomes a shareholder.

1905 Provincial Carriers is occupying a garage at 45 Horseferry Road.[2]

October 1905 The London General Omnibus Co forces the company into liquidation.[3]
