1961 General engineers, iron, steel and spheroidal graphite iron, heat resisting alloy, iron and steel castings and builders of special purpose machinery. 400 employees.[1]

1965 Acquired Hoben Davis Ltd.

1977 EGM held at the offices of Hoben Quarries Ltd, Brassington.

1981 Name changed to Goodwin Ltd and then to Goodwin PLC.
