1891 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Robert Orme, William Henry Marsden, Robert Banton Orme, Edmund Orme, and Stanley Orme, carrying on business as Wine and Spirit Merchants, at 41, Corn Market, Derby, the Koyal and York Hotels, Derby, and No. 51, Queen-street, Derby, under the-style or firm of Orme, Renals, and Co., and as Wine and Spirit Merchants, and Grocers, at Bakewell and Matlock Bridge, in the county of Derby, under the style or firm of R. Orme and Co., has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 3rd day of March, 1890. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Robert Orme, William Henry Marsden, Edmund Orme, and Stanley Orme...'[1]
