1912 R. and J. Shinnie Limited, of 10 Union Row, Aberdeen, was incorporated as a private company, with capital of £25,000, to carry on the business of making, building, purchasing, hiring, or otherwise acquiring motor cars.[1]

1925 By now the company was in voluntary liquidation.[2]
