RMS Amazon

The Amazon was one of three sister ships built and engined by Harland and Wolff at Belfast for the South American service of Royal Mail Lines. The liner was launched by H.R.H. The Princess Margaret, and measured 540ft in length between perpendiculars by 78ft breadth moulded by 41ft depth moulded and carried 107 first class, eighty-two cabin class and 275 third class passengers.[1]
